Most of the land is desert, but the eastern part of Abu Dhabi, such as Al Ain, is blessed with oasis and has fertile soil. The climate is hot and humid on the coast and dry on the inland.
In relation to Japan, transport equipment accounts for the majority of exports to the UAE, making the UAE an important strategic location as a re-export base for the Middle East, Africa and Central Asian markets, with mineral fuels being the main imported production for Japan.
