Project Summary:

Holding and arranging a webinar via Zoom: Business & Investment Climate in Slovenia and individual consultation meetings for increasing awareness and generate leads for FDI promotion

Project Summary:

Holding an investment seminar: Sunderland UK – How collaboration in the automotive and advanced manufacturing sector in the UK, particularly in the North East region, is driving co-creation and growth for FDI promotion

 Date: May 22, 2018

7 attended Japanese companies answered in the questionnaire that they have new or further investment plans for the UK in the near future.

Name of Client: Embassy of Canada in Tokyo

Project Summary:

Arrangement of at least 10 b2b meetings for Canadian companies exhibiting at the Canada pavilion in the DSEI Japan 2019 from November 18 to 20, 2019 for export promotion of their products, technologies, and services.

Activities:

- Creation of a long target list of over 110 Japanese companies belonging to the defense and security industries.

- Arranged 13 f2f meetings with Japanese companies for 3 Canadian companies.

Name of Client: Embassy of Canada in Tokyo

Project Summary:

Arrangements of a total of 15 meetings due to the short notice for 8 Canadian companies exhibiting in the Canadian Pavilion at Automotive Engineering Expo 2019 from May 22 to 24, 2019.  The overall aim was to establish relationship with Japanese companies for export promotion.

Activities:

- Identified more than 20 Japanese companies to target each for 8 mission member companies;

- Arranged 26 f2f meetings for 8 mission member companies in total during the three days

Name of Client: Embassy of Canada in Tokyo

Project Summary:

Arrangements of 2+ b2b meetings each for 4 Canadian companies exhibiting in the Canada Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Association Pavilion at FC Expo 2019 from February 27 to March 1, 2019. The overall aim was to establish relationship with Japanese companies for export promotion.

Activities:

- Provided a long list over 160 Japanese companies to target each for 4 mission member companies seeking our meeting arrangement services to review for b2b meetings;

- Arranged 12 f2f meetings for 4 mission member companies in total during the three days, more than 2 meetings each

Project Summary:

Creation of Japanese Cleantech Industry report for use of export promotion

Term of the Contract: from December 2018 to March 2019

Activities:

- Provided the final report of 47 pages consisting of following contents to the embassy on February 20, 2019.

Arrangements of 3+ b2b meetings for 8 Canadian companies exhibiting in the Canadian Pavilion at Automotive Engineering Expo 2018 from May 23 to 25, 2018.  The overall aim was to establish relationship with Japanese companies for export promotion. 

Activities:

- Identified more than 20 Japanese companies to target each for 8 mission member companies;

- Arranged 29 f2f meetings for 8 mission member companies in total during the three days, more than 3 meetings each

Name of Client: Greater MSP (Minneapolis Saint Paul Regional Economic Development Partnership), USA

Project Summary:

A Japan roadshow: arrangements of company visits in Japan from February 21 to 23, 2018 focused on healthcare/life science sectors including medical equipment for FDI promotion.

Activities:

- Identified 40 Japanese companies to target;

- Arranged f2f meetings with 7 Japanese medical device and related companies during the 2.5 days.
