3.    Scrutiny of the above completed questionnaire by KWBS, followed by interview (online meeting) with KWBS to discuss terms and conditions of the contract

4.    Conclusion of the contract based on the mutual benefits

5.    Planning & targeting in cooperation with your company

6.    Start of outreach activities for sales lead generation in the Japanese market for your company by KWBS

 

Contract period: at least 1 year

 

Others:

1.    We, KWBS, will consider the potential of your company’s products, technologies and services, etc. in the Japanese market and decide whether to accept the contract.

2.    Our commission fee and out-of-pocket expenses will be determined under discussions with your company.

3.    Both companies can cancel the contract three months in advance in writing.
